Growing your own wood fuel is today's progressive approach of managing Carbon emissions, with the ‘grow and burn’ process removing Carbon from the atmosphere.

Managed correctly on a sustainable basis, wood fuel can be harvested as part of a constantly replenished crop. This is done during woodland management, coppicing or even as part of a continuous programme with the new growth taking up CO2 from the atmosphere at the same time as it is released by combustion of the previous harvest.

Our primary UK forestry growers offer advice and planting kits that come in a range of sizes to suit all budgets and plantation sizes. By dividing your plantation into four sections and harvesting in rotation, you will have a ready supply of logs year after year. You’ll have the potential to substantially increase the plantation at little extra cost and life expectancy some thirty years later on before you have to think about replanting.
