Terms Of Business

C.F.O.P & Landscape-UK and its Community Forests and Woodlands Tree Planting Project operate solely within the UK.

All trees will be planted into the new Community Forests and Woodlands Tree Planting Project within the requested county or the closet proximity to that of the requested county.

C.F.O.P & Landscape-UK has taken every effort and reasonable care to ensure that information is accurate at the time it was added to this website.

C.F.O.P & Landscape-UK is not liable for any incorrect or misrepresented information on this web site.

The material and information contained within this website or provided by C.F.O.P & Landscape-UK is for your personal use.

In the calculation of the number of trees required to offset ones carbon emissions, C.F.O.P & Landscape-UK has used the estimation that on average one British native Broad-leaved tree will offset 700kg of Carbon Dioxide during its full-lifetime of approximately 100 years.

The trees planted will be of native provenance broad-leaved trees. We are in many cases unable to offer particular species or varieties as our planting, planning and strategies evolve around the geographical location and surrounding habitat.

C.F.O.P & Landscape-UK Community Forests and Woodlands Tree Planting Project where pupils are planting trees accept no liabilities and cannot be held accountable for personal injury or damage to property unless the project is supervised and overseen by an employee of the C.F.O.P & Landscape-UK on site at the time of planting

Trees for Schools is an additional planting project whereby every tree we plant on your behalf sponsors a second tree planted by school pupils into school grounds or community projects. We operate this as a national project that fits into a criteria where a minimum of 25 native trees or woody shrubs can be planted to create a new wildlife haven and form part of the "Forest" learning ethos.

All monies must be paid in full prior to any trees planted and certificates mailed out to recipients and will be banked through the project management team and company R & N Plant Specialists.
